Zero-Proof .
Refreshment, Reimagined.
Discover crisp, flavorful drinks that keep the good times rolling - without the alcohol.
Dry Bar Collective is…
Vancouver's first zero-proof beverage collective; signature non-alcoholic cocktails for your events, and a full-scale expo coming spring 2027.
We bring a background in vendor curation and event operations to two things we love: hosting a proper party, and building a dedicated home for non-alcoholic drinking culture.
Catering
Zero-proof cocktail service for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations
The expo
Canada's first expo dedicated entirely to the non-alcoholic beverage world. Spring 2027.
Why We Pour
We started with one goal: give everyone a seat at the table, drink in hand, joy intact.
Recipes
Some of these are on our current event packages, some are just what we're playing with this week - new recipes drop regularly.
